Most of Elite's pricing is on a per square footage basis. Depending on the density of the work space asked to price the square foot price may differ. For example, a wide open space such as a meeting room or conference room would not take as long to clean versus an area that has a lot of cubicle space. In a cubicle space you encounter multiple trash cans, desk tops to disinfect, and vacuum underneath the desk, etc. so it depends on the space in each area of the building.

This makes it so important that we keep our promises to each customer and build a reputation in the community as providing quality services at a fair price.
Commercial cleaning consists of all of the daily or nightly duties to ensure our customers place of business is ready for the next day. As our cleaning technicians move throughout a building they are disinfecting and cleaning common touch surfaces, emptying trash cans, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. The restrooms are cleaned and sanitized as well as the break rooms. Beyond cleaning our customers trust us to secure their buildings at night. We are usually the last ones to leave the premises and we set the alarm and lock the doors making sure the building is safe and secure. This relates to all of the facilities we clean - medical, industrial, institutional, and commercial.
One difference between Elite and other janitorial companies is quality assurance. We use a web-based inspection software to do monthly inspections in all of the buildings we service. We have Account Managers who are in and out of our customers facilities on a regular basis to build a relationship with them. Upon completion of an inspection the account manager returns to the site and reviews the findings with our employee to correct anything that may need attention. Elite also treats our employees how we would want to be treated so they will take pride in their work and enjoy working with a values driven company.
Beyond general cleaning Elite offers a variety of other services such as tile floor stripping and refinishing, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, post construction cleaning, day porter services and most important disinfecting services with industry leading equipment such as electrostatic spray technology. We also attend industry trade-shows to learn about new ideas, technology, new equipment being released to stay on the cutting edge in our fields of service.

Should you need to contact someone regarding your service we have 5 Account Managers who are assigned to different buildings. Our offices are open from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at which time our receptionist will take your call. During these hours you will not get a recording. If your account manager is not in the office at the time you call a cell phone number will be provided to you.
Elite's applicants undergo an interview process that includes a background check and drug-screen. We have been certified as A Drug-Free Workplace and our proud to have that certification. All of our employees are trained prior to stepping foot on your property.
Elite employees will be wearing matching logo shirts and a badge with their name and picture on it so they are easily identified.
